Vin Mott is a young singer and guitar player coming from New Jersey Only aged twenty-seven, he is working hard to become well known in the competitive blues world Now Vin `presents a new album with ten own compositions where he attempts to follow the traces and reflect the original sound of those bluesmen who have deeply influenced him like James Cotton, Little Walter, Junior Parker, Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf or Elmore James Vin Mott sings and plays chromatic and diatonic harmonica and is backed by Sean Ronan on guitar, Dean Shot on bass and double bass and Andrei Koribanics on drums This four musician band gives shape to an album where real 50’s vintage sounds prevail, along a bunch of blues songs that sound raw, dirty and low down Their traditional style deeply rooted in Chicago south side blues will delight most fans, recreating a sound that, despite many years have gone passing by since the moment it was born, will never disappear and still continues giving pleasure and satisfaction to most blues listeners, especially if it is well performed as is the case of Vin Mott and the rest of musicians who back him as, not only they deeply know Chicago blues, but they also will certainly catch and go deep into all hearts of ‘windy city’ blues fans
