Another thrilling album coming from the same Canadian label, that brings us a varied memorable selection of first rank and magnitude piano players and singers, where you will find the same talent, feeling, genious and power than in the previous record In this cd they have gathered the ‘cream’ of Electro-Fi keyboard players Kenny ‘Blues Boss’ Wayne plays Boogie Woogie Showdown, I Took The Wrong Road and Something’s Going On In My Room, three own songs of great strength and feeling Bobby Dean Blackburn performs 24 Hours A Day and All Night Long, this last one together with Julian Fauth, both cuts done with deep passion Julian Fauth keeps listeners breathless with four tracks, Blues For Mel Brown, The Blues Ain’t Nothing with Curley Bridges, Sorry Don’t Cut No Ice and Loved And Lost Finally Curley Bridges plays Rock Me Baby and You’re The One An album recorded live at the Gradstone Hotel in Toronto in October 2009 All these pianists are backed by Chris Whiteley guitar, harmonica and trumpet, Victor Bateman, double bass and Bucky Berger, drums This is an amazing record that should not get unnoticed
