After three years of silence, Argentinian singer, guitar and trumpet player as well as painter artist Vanesa Harbek releases her new third album hoping to captivate European people as she has already done South American audiences. To do so she has included ten songs sung in Spanish and English that move along blues with a special touch of soul, rock, tango and Latin rhythms. An interesting detail to keep in mind is that each song is associated to one of her paintings you can now see in an exhibition in Berlin, Germany.

Not only Vanesa reveals herself as an interesting singer but also as a tasteful high voltage and clever guitar player deeply influenced by Carlos Santana, from whom she collects his warm sound, but she also plays the trumpet with reliability in some tracks.

Vanesa lives now in Berlin, where the album was recorded and produced under the supervision of Martin Engelien who is also the album bass player. The rest of musicians are Thomas Hufschmidt on keyboards, Berni Bovens on drums, Pitti Hecht on percussion and, of course, leading and managing the whole process, Vanesa Harbek on vocals, guitars and trumpet.

In short words, this is an attractive, full of rhythm, appetizing, intense, passionate and very effective album, which undoubtedly will catch all listeners’ hearts and souls.
