Formed in late 2010, Tweed Funk got a remarkable success in United States, which made them to record four albums The unfortunate death due to cancer of singer and front-man Joseph ‘Smokey’ Holman in October 2017, made the band to reconsider their immediate future and think where they wanted to go So they simply became Tweed and add Gervis Myles as the band new singer Since then on they have toured Europe and have also recorded this album as a good complement to give a new dimension to all these tours that have got a great success among the audiences and specialized media, serving as a platform to launch them back to the first line of music business Ten songs allow us to appreciate the work of a band that, despite the difficulties they have had to face in recent years, follows on looking carefully for its place in today’s rock-blues scene From these lines let me wish to the new Tweed a lucky future because, thanks to the natural quality and the interest their music communicates to the listener, they really deserve it
