The Argentinean duo now settled in Barcelona formed by Tota on harmonica and vocals and Martin Merino on guitar gather a collection of twelve covers in this new album, which include songs coming from Blind Boy Fuller, Ivory Joe Hunter, Tampa Red, Little Walter, Jimmy Rogers, Muddy Waters, BB King, Eddie Clearwater or Robert Johnson among others, plus a couple of bonus tracks sung in Spanish like Todo Lo Hice Por Los Blues and Me Voy Para La Jam The album becomes a good showcase of the music the duo play in their live shows, after twenty years together with the blues since they met at a blues club in Buenos Aires In fact as an old tango says ‘veinte años no son nada’ (twenty years ain’t nothing) for these two great friends and brothers in blues The album shows the duo cool sound and becomes the perfect formula to realize how they sound If you have a club, bar or venue and you want to include live blues, don’t think twice, Tota Blues are the best ones to make it shine
