After twenty years bringing the blues to every corner of his native Croatia as well as some other places in Europe, now singer and harmonica player Tomislav Goluban has travelled to Chicago with the purpose to immerse himself in windy city blues and record there this new album, the tenth one in his career, where he wants to pay homage to Chicago blues, he performs with his personal imprint and personality The influences of harmonica players like Sonny Terry, Little Walter, Slim Harpo or Paul Butterfield become evident along the twelve album songs It has been produced by Eric Noden, who also plays guitar along the whole recording, together with EG McDaniel on bass and Kenny beedy eyes Smith on drums, these two ones Sons of the Blues’ rhythm section Joe Filisko also puts his harmonica in two songs Bag Full Of Troubles and Little Pigeon Along the recording Tomislav Goluban shows again his respect and devotion for blues, a music that caught him since he was a teenager Finally mention that all songs except the one that closes the album have his own signature
