Born in England, singer and guitar player Tom Rodwell now lives in New Zealand. At the beginning of his career Tom conceived the blues as a way to dance, have fun and be happy, which gave him the chance to play with Otis Taylor, C.W. Stoneking and Leon Russell and, at the same time, become a session musician, recording for Lonnie Holley, Robert Lamm or Don McGlashan, in addition of participating in various avant-garde jazz projects.

However, when Tom leads his own projects, many times he usually dresses and develops them in a primitive way with touches of hard strong music but, at the same time, full of a special, different and attractive very experimental feeling and, overall, with a very personal display. His lyrics are also very striking, with an avant-garde alternative conception, full of very contrasting contents framed into reality and the universe of his own subconscious mind.

Nine songs give shape and color to a recording that could be defined as a ‘cult record’, perfect for those moments when you wish to think about the essence of your existence through the sometimes psychedelic, but always full of interesting and anarchic nuances of Tom Rodwell’s dreams.
