Hey, friends, these fellows are pure dynamite Believe it or not, Tip On The Top have hit the deepest part of my soul with this impressive album, where they have put everything into to please the audience Tip On The Top know the blues language and they cook it with enough elements and species to lick your lips with the tasteful songs included in the album Thirteen tracks full of genuine and spectacular jump, Memphis blues and West Coast that will shake all fans, although they not necessarily are blues experts, to enjoy this pushing irreverent group that will make you savor the most pure, juicy and frenetic rhythm of Afroamerican music that can now be heard in Tennessee Tip On The Top are Jon Lawton guitar and voice, Aki Kumar harmonica and voice, Frank DeRose bass and Carlos Velasco drums, plus some special guest musicians like Sid Morris piano and the guitar players Johnny ‘Cat’ Soubrand and Chris ‘Kid’ Andersen This is an album to enjoy at any time without getting bored
