Born in Pennsylvania, Tim Woods not only is a blues musician but also a blues enthusiast who, among other activities, has devoted himself to recover and record old blues legends like Honeyboy Edwards, Homesick James, Sammy Lay, Big Jack Johnson, John Primer, Bob Stroger or Pinetop Perkins. His passion for blues comes from his younger days when, only aged eighteen, he moved with his family to Macon, Georgia where he was fully immersed in the blues scene, working on a club and promoting and coordinating shows of most of the bluesmen who were touring nationally, which allowed him to make very good friends.

This is his fourth solo album where he develops a varied and eclectic repertoire ranging from blues to folk, rock and psychedelia. Besides, he also combines influences from musicians like Van Morrison, Jerry Garcia, Neil Young, Peter Green or The Doors. You will also find remarkable contributions un the album, like multi-instrumentalist, old friend and producer Bobby Lee Rodgers, Paul Hornsby on organ and Erik Lawrence on sax among other names.

Although it is not a usual blues recording, all good music lovers and especially those who like sixties and seventies sounds, will discover an album coming from a more than interesting and attractive singer, guitar player and composer with a musical proposal I dare say will captivate listeners who look for good level recordings.
