One of Tim Gartland’s main qualities is his cool honest and natural way of singing, playing harmonica and song writing Tim hardened himself as a musician in Chicago clubs, He later travelled to Boston, where he consolidated his career Now from Nashville, and surrounded by some of the best musicians of the local scene, he brings us his latest work which has been co-produced by Kevin McKendree, one of the actual most respected guys and specially by other musicians in the area The album includes twelve own Tim Gartland’s compositions he has written in collaboration with his keyboard player Tom West All songs are gifted with a melodic beauty and accents of soul and blues music plus a considerable fine irony any good fan will immediately appreciate and even will make him smile Tim wisely knows how to measure and manage tempos and the various means to offer listeners an elegant easy to assimilate music Besides Tim Gartland on harmonicas and vocals, the rest of involved musicians are Tom West on piano and organ, Tom Britt on guitars, Steve Mackey on bass and double bass and Lynn Williams on drums, plus the collaboration of Kevin McKendree on organ and piano in three songs
