For twenty-five years The Texas Horns have been one of the most qualified and requested horn sections to back the best white and black Texas blues musicians. They have been featured to participate at the most important America blues festivals, as well as being nominated to the Grammy Awards, the Blues Music Awards and the prestigious Living Blues Magazine awards, so their fame has not stopped to grow.

With Mark ‘Kaz’ Kazanoff on tenor sax, harmonica and vocals, John Mills on baritone sax and flute and Al Gómez on trumpet and flugelhorn, The Texas Horns widely show they are not only a studio section and backing musicians, but a group with its own personality, which can record and present a solo album, as they shine at a high level with an undeniable quality that goes beyond the general recognition they have now reached.

This is their third album recorded under their own name, where they have counted with first class guests like Jimmie Vaughan, Mike Flanigin, Carolyn Wonderland, Carmen Bradford, Johnny Moeller, Marcia Ball, Anson Funderburgh, Mike Zito, Guy Forsyth and Michael Cross. With such a line-up and the amazing quality The Texas Horns treasure, the result can be no other than an album with thirteen superb cuts of the most sophisticated blues and r&b, including appetizing arrangements and a magnificent performing most aficionados will not forget.
