The Reverendos is one of pioneer groups coming from Spanish northern scene, specifically from Basque area Formed in 1997 by singer and keyboard player Reverendo Igor Garcia and guitar player Álvaro King Martínez, they started as a blues and Americana music band Over the years different musicians have played in the band, all them providing new ideas that have contributed to the group evolution Now the band includes the two already mentioned founder musicians, together with Javi Caballero on drums and Pedro Larrauri on double bass Gradually their sound has evolved to neo rockabilly, surf or even spaghetti western with a touch of garage This mini cd with six songs shows the evolution of a group which, although they have left aside the blues, they keep an undeniable rising up line as well as a really professional rich musical experience With this new recording The Reverends show their reliability, as they present a musical proposal fully valid in present days The six songs of this mini cd communicate an undeniable rich punch, cleverness and strength Enjoy it!
