This is one of these albums one never gets tired to listen to, not only by the strength of the music included but also by the remarkable arrangements, the originality of songs and the ability of the McKee Brothers to reinvent themselves Singer, guitar, bass and keyboard player Denis McKee has led this project that has taken him two years before it has seen the light, but it has been worth to wait as the album brings sixteen impressive songs of an exuberant quality that include styles like New Orleans blues, Memphis soul, funk, jazz, Motown music and even gospel The line-up of involved musicians is really amazing, as each one contribute with their undeniable skills and good doses of musical knowledge, technique and groove Only mention Maxayn Lewis on vocals (Ike & Tina Turner), Bobby Watson on bass (Rufus, Billy Preston, Michael Jackson), Steve Stephens and Vincent Fosset Jr on drums (Kirk Fletcher, Janiva Magness) A powerful horn section led by Lee Thornburg (Supertramp, Etta James, Joe Bonamassa) as well as the collaboration of Larry McCray and Joey Delgado on guitar, top a highly recommended album in many different aspects
