Here comes this Barcelona four musician band which mainly focus his music on 60’s and 70’s classic soul, although they also love and include some blues in their repertoire like Way Down In A Hole or Messin’ With The Kid Led by excellent singer Rocio Angue, the band includes Toni Mena on guitar, Xavi Grau on bass and Miguel Ballester on drums The group was formed in year 2015 and now they present their first work with ten carefully selected songs, where they tastefully mix well known tunes with small hidden soul music treasures that particularly inspire them Rocío Angue reveals herself as singer with good vocal resources and an excellent voice she knows to modulate depending to the song she performs The rest of musicians show a good knowledge of the style they play and they display in a restrained but at the same time effective way, getting to round up a more than interesting album that will undoubtedly delight all soul, funk and blues music lovers, so my advice is to get a copy of this good album
