Here comes a modern, easygoing band, full of good purposes and an interesting personality The KingmiXers perform a cool, lively funny blues, filled with touches of swingin’ jump, groove and New Orleans rhythm and blues, perfect to give joy to different audiences Despite they are a trio, they dress and arrange songs in a such effective way that, sometimes, you can imagine you are listening to a four or five musicians band The very effective Anita Bonkowski plays drums, bass, piano, and does music songs and arrangements Anita has a long career behind her, as she has played in many and various jazz and r&b bands and backed Canadian blues musicians like Kenny ‘Blues Boss’ Wayne, David Vest, David Gogo or Bill Johnson You will find on guitar and voice Victoria University astronomy doctor David Schade Finally Gary Preston is on harmonica, piano, keyboards and vocals and also he is a blues expert with a personal bright and fluent style A more than interesting work that breaks the outlines we are used to listen on records
