Here comes a perfect band for a joyful Saturday night party The Jimmys come from Wisconsin to make you dance with his rhythm and blues, jump swing, blues, funk, soul and a little bit of boogie The mixture is totally explosive, especially if you take into account it is perfectly performed by a well teamed band like The Jimmys, so the result is a totally amazing and very effective music The band is led by the keyboardist and singer Jimmy Voegell, winner of several awards and recognitions If he is joined by a powerful horn section which drives us to the pure Motown sound and cool arrangements, together with the rest of the very professional band musicians, the result cannot be other than a superb album full of nuances, consistent and rich in beautiful colourful sounds Undoubtedly Hot Dish will delight everyone who listens to it and will give joy and fun to all your next house party guests but, of course, you should have this amazing album in your record player to succeed in full among your friends Besides, final production deserves another ten points So, what more can you ask for?
