The Hitman Blues Band sound powerful and energetic, with an expressive forceful energy, able to produce a syncope at the first opportunity, so if you suffer high blood pressure o any other heart disease, this is not the best cd for you Anyway, Russell ‘Hitman’ Alexander on vocals and guitar, Kevin Rymer on keyboards, Mike Porter on bass and Ed ‘The Hat’ D’Alessio on drums, form an enviable four musicians band with an amazing rockin’ blues, groove and Americana music Also mention their mastery good teamed work and their commitment along the twelve songs included on the cd Russell is also an excellent song-writer who signs eleven of the twelve cd songs The resting one is a funky adaptation of Son House’s Death Letter So here comes a cd conceived and done with an extreme passion and positive mind
