    Discográfica: Self Production

    Año publicación: 2013

    Valoración: VERY GOOD

The second F&G new album follows the path and points at the same direction of his previous work, with new compositions based on strong modern blues, and clear influences from jazz, rock, funk or slunk, that clearly remind sixties Stax sound The band includes a really good hardened singer, gifted with a deep and sometimes heartbreaking voice that shines with a singular suggestive and rich sensuality Her name is Sandra Taylor and she reveals herself as a real whirlwind, displaying beautiful vocal cords and good lung strength The rest of the group are Sly Geralds bass and vocals, Chuck Russell guitar and dobro and Tom Foschino drums and percussion They have also included four guest musicians who contribute in different cd songs, like Tim Mitchell on keyboards, Anne Harris on violin, Dave Parker on guitar and Gregory Harrison who puts his voice in one cut It is a varied engaging album, with a powerful very commendable final result
