After three years of blues, sweat and tears, what could be better to celebrate their three years of career than to publish a cd, with other musicians and friends, isn’t it? The Downtown Alligators have done this second album with great enthusiasm, strength and commitment Eleven effective cuts, five of them signed by three band members, singer and rhythm guitar Carlos Garcia, guitar and bass player Luis Resina and bass and double bass player David Salvador, former band member now replaced by Jimmy de Jesus To complete the album, they have chosen songs coming from Ike Turner, Tommy Ridgley, T-Bone Walker, Art Dellerson, Jagger and Richards and Herbert Lance/Johnny Wallace Among the guests musicians who have collaborated on the cd, your will find Tonky De La Peña, José L Pérez Toledo, Ñaco Goñi, Marcos Coll, Tatu Alonso, Ricardo Rodero and Xulian Freire In short words, a good album with a more than acceptable sound full of bright music and groove Go ahead, fellows… the party must go on!
