A good number of bands are recently appearing in Spain market which based on rhythm and blues, swing, rockabilly or boogaloo develop an eclectic repertoire able to give life back to a death person and make him dance That is the case of The Black Chillies, a trio formed by Fernando Jimenez to tenor sax, Hammond B3, piano and wurlitzer, Iban Sánchez on bass and Bruno Goiburu on drums Although the album is fully instrumental, the nine tracks they have included on it will catch the listener with a wrapping sound, sometimes raw and dirty, but really percussive that will live no one indifferent This is their first album, recorded live from Audiomatic Studios in Madrid where, once you have discovered the quality of the instrumentalists, it would be good to know how they will evolve towards colorful and varied musical ways, in order to get a place among the groups that perform the above mentioned styles Up to now let us refresh even it is winter time with the so special and attractive music coming from these three musicians who, for now on, seem to have everything in their favor
