People say Terry Quiett will become a new guitar hero I don’t know if this is true or not and it will be a reality in the next future, but I can now say he is a guitarist gifted with a good tone and a more than satisfactory execution, which makes him solve every challenge he takes on Since 1999 he has already published ten albums that prove his exceptional talent as guitar player, singer and composer Taking Sides gathers thirteen songs, twelve original ones and a Marvin Gaye’s cover The music goes from rock blues with different nuances to some raw country blues, that ends in a powerful brand new groovin’ rhythm and blues, tastefully cooked by some able and enthusiastic musicians like Terry Quiett on guitar and vocals, Nathan Johnson on bass, Scott Williams on keyboards and tenor sax, Brad Turgeon on trumpet, Jordan Northerns on trombone, Rodney Baker on drums and perhaps the most weak one is the harmonica player Missippi Hal Reed In short words, this is an album with many interesting concepts to be gradually discovered
