During the 90’s and when he was only a teenager, singer and guitar player Scott Smith left his home and friends in Vancouver, Canada to go on the road to full time devote himself to the noble art of music During that journey he met some musicians who would become part of his band Terminal Station as well as his best and greatest friends, like bass player Jeremy Holmes, drummer Liam MacDonald, keyboard player Darryl Havers and harmonica player Victor Polyik, who now lives in Australia but that traveled with his family to Canada only to see them again and play in the recording Twelve songs that not only show the chemistry among all these musicians but also their knowledge of the various styles of blues and roots rock music Listening to the album you will be able to savor an excellent variety of styles and influences ranging from T-Bone Walker in songs like One More Shot or Take Me Back Or Let Me Go to the Allman Brothers in One More Bottle, Credence Clearwater Revival in Poor Lightnin’, BB King in If You Don’t Know Me Now, Booker T in Booker D, Cream in Barrelhouse and even Magic Sam in It’s Not The End Of The World As one can easily imagine, this is an album where Scott Smith’s and his band pictorial palette lays up a wide range of high quality textures and beautiful vivid colors
