    Valoración: VERY GOOD

The album starts with Billy Branch short speech who introduces singer Tall Dragger to the audience that night crowded the Vern’s Friendly Lounge at Chicago West Side. The cd and a dvd were recorded live there and include a collection of shuffles and slows, where Tail Dragger’s voice sounds quite similar to Howlin’ Wolf’s one, showing a solid majestic experience gained with hundreds and hundreds of gigs in clubs and raw & gritty bars. Tail Dragger on vocals, Billy Branch on harp, Lurrie Bell on guitar, Kevin Sanahan on second guitar, Kenny Smith on drums and Bob Stroger himself on bass are the five musicians band reunion for that special recording, plus Jimmy Dawkins as a de luxe guest musician on “My Head is Bald” song.
