After four years since the publication of his previous work entitled Ice Machine, many people were waiting for a new album by T-Bear & The Dukes, a Swedish band which have a legion of followers in all Scandinavian countries This new recording includes ten original songs and, as a matter of interest, point out the opening and the last tracks are instrumentals and both have an undeniable Spanish flavour with the first one Taranto dedicated to Quentin Tarantino The rough voice and the vigorous guitar playing of band leader Torbjörn Solberg prevail in the other eight songs The rest of band members are Emil Solberg Wachenfeldt on Hammond, Fredrik Kaudern on bass and Henrik Berg on drums The group perfectly represents these northern European bands, which knows how to mix actual rock with the 70’s British blues All band members sound teamed enough to reach a personal, expressive, straightforward sound, displayed with an extreme maturity, which undoubtedly makes them become a totally reliable group
