Effective powerful singer, Stevie Cochran is also an elegant versatile guitar player and a complete master of this instrument Stevie began to play guitar when he was only eight years old and, although his parents loved jazz, he soon was bewitched by the appeal of British Blues rock and other similar styles, he launches into songs with an amazing energy, good taste and passion The cd includes twelve tracks, all them recorded live at 2003 Montreux Festival, eleven own ones and an old Led Zeppelin song, No Quarter signed by Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones Together with Stevie Cochran on vocals and guitar you will also find Dan Kean on keyboards, Alan Katz on bass and Matt Miller on drums The whole band sounds teamed and compact on a well defined consistent project that follows the patterns of the most cool, joyful and contemporary rock/blues
