Andalucia has always given a good number of blues musicians to the Spanish scene New bands go together with legendary names like Mingo Balaguer, Lolo Ortega, Quique Bonal, Lito Blues Band, La Blues Band de Granada… This is the case of Mr Blues, a group that includes Antonio Osuna on guitar and vocals, Cristóbal Oteros Pobas on harmonica, Rafael Lara Popez on bass and vocals and Santiago Rodríguez on drums The band comes with a new recording with five original songs and three versions, also including the classic Texas instrumental blues Hideaway The songs are sung in Spanish, which gives originality and a different air to the whole recording It is praiseworthy the persistence and determination, sometimes not well recognized, of these new bands to keep alive genuine and real blues, adding their personal stamp to their songs to, in this way, reach a place and bring new blood to the Spanish blues scene Long life to Mr Blues and thanks for making us enjoy with their joyful atmosphere and warm Andalucía coming blues
