Fortunately, Little Village Foundation has solved this unfair situation, releasing this album which has been produced by Kid Andersen. Eleven songs that drive us to the best and most genuine soul and rhythm and blues you can imagine, including amazing versions of songs that were popular performed by artists like Bobby ‘Blue’ Bland, Little Milton, Syl Johnson, Ted Taylor or Willie Nelson, plus two not previously recorded ones like “Trouble” by Alabama Mike and “I Got There!” by Rick Estrin.

Surely this is an essential album for all soul lovers because it will give listeners the opportunity to discover an impressive singer who until now has been unfairly forgotten. Luckily, this new recording will certainly allow Sonny Green to reach the place he deserves.
