Slackjaw good reputation has considerably increased among rock-blues fans since they published their first album in 2011 With this second recording they have even got a bigger appreciation and recognition among their legion of followers With their hot electrifying sound they put upside down all bars, clubs, cafes, restaurants and venues where they have played all over New Jersey area John Thompson on guitar and vocals, Randy Marinelli on drums and harmonica and Carl Capodice on bass and backing vocals are quite veteran musicians at local scene as for a long time, they have played in different bands of that area, but with Slackjaw they have joined forces on a project that goes beyond the local world to move to a much higher level It has deeply contributed to this successful impact and open themselves to new markets, the fact they have opened for such great artists like Johnny Winter, Pat Travers Band, Rick Derringer, Samantha Fish or Vinnie Lopez (E Street Band) I can only predict for them a future full of great moments
