Legendary guitar player and Stax song writer Steve Cropper deals with final production. The result is a bright compact work, which does not dabble in idle pursuits. Once again Copeland’s huge talent, enormous rhythm and great personality can be perfectly noticed along the whole cd. If you like Memphis funk sound and Stax musical production, you will certainly love “The Soul Truth”.
