    Valoración: VERY GOOD

Powerful energetic medicine given by The Scrapomatic, with an hypnotic music and acute lyrics that tell us stories about passion, love, alcohol and human feelings, explained with a dark sharp sense of humour, sad melancholic and sometimes even a little bit chaotic The band is leaded by Mike Mattison, singer and lyrics writer and Paul Olsen, singer song writer and guitar player Both are the soul of that versatile band which use a lot of melodic harmonic structures on a convincing restrained straight performing with different influences from pop to roots music, southern rock or even details of Van Morrison, Creedence Clearwater Revival and Tom Waits music The album gives eleven songs of both artists separately, one altogether (Remember This Day), one Skip James version (Drunken Spree) and another one signed by R Hazard Mike and Paul have included a rhythm section, with Ted Pecchio on bass, Tyler ‘Falcon’ Greenwell on drums and Dave Yoke on guitar A good record with no much blues on it, but with an excellent musical quality
