Scott Ellison has a natural talent for blues, as guitar player, singer and song writer, which becomes evident on this excellent album, where he reviews with mastery skills different facets of blues and rock-blues and a magnificent touch of funk, soul, r&b, ballad and groove music Bright guitar player gifted with a cool clear sound, Scott shows he has a delicious tasteful phrasing he got it from his teenager musical influences In 1981 He was member of Clarence ‘Gatemouth’ Brown band as second guitar and during the nineties, Scott and his band opened for such important artists like Roy Orbison, Joe Cocker, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Leon Rusell or Buddy Guy among others In January 2008 he was honoured to open for BB King in Tulsa, Oklahoma Scott has also written music soundtrack for TV series like Buffy The Vampire Slayer or films like Feast Of Love with Morgan Freeman in the main role This cd includes twelve impressing songs, all them developed with great technique, lyricism, good rhythm, mastery and especially a passionate love for music
