This is a real blues cd, from the first note to the last one In these recordings Ronnie has chosen some of his greatest friends to play with Bass player, Michael ‘Mudcat’ Ward, is one of the best actual blues bass players snd, together with Ronnie, was member of Sugar Ray’s band, The Bluetones Other great musicians and friends you will find in this cd are Kim Wilson, who gives a passionate elegant harp playing and singing, Dave Maxwell on piano, Luther Junior Johnson’s guitar and vocals in two splendid songs All Your Love and Bad Boy, Levon Helm appears behind the drums, Irma Thomas also gives all her energy in one tune, James Cotton blows together with Kim Wilson and simply working on the shadows and conducting everything, the great master Mr Ronnie Earl
