Robert Randolph began in the music world playing steel guitar at the gospel choir of House of God Baptist Church in Orange, New Jersey where he grew up with his family He soon decided he had to give a new dimension to his music and bring it to most of the clubs and bars of his area in order to make it well known to a wider audience Together with by some family members, Robert started to play and he gradually made a name, which has allowed him to consolidate himself as a popular musician which has allowed him to open borders and feel comfortable performing a variety of musical styles With the aim to record quality music, Robert now presents a colorful recording with ten songs ranging from the roots of sacred music to rock, blues and soul Along the album tracks, Robert Randolph is backed by his family musicians who really know what is required to complete a really good work They are his two cousin bass player Danyel Morgan and drummer Marcus Randolph, as well as his sister Lenesha Randolph on backing vocals Together they have managed to round up an album with a really nice appealing sound,
