Many bands in United States work hard to get a place in the scene of blues and actual rock-blues with roots This is the case of The Riff Riders, a band which has spent a lot of years gaining experience and hardening themselves in the most diverse and varied clubs and scenes around his country Led by the charismatic voice of Amy ‘Shally’ Shallenberger, they have just published this debut album Hit the Road As its title shows, the recording becomes a suggestive promising journey along the variety of styles that come together in each one of the band members contributions, to round up a really good and well built work In each one of the twelve songs that make up the album you will immediately realize the passion all the musicians give to every one of the songs they perform Besides Amy on vocals, you will also find Sean Seth on guitars and cigar box, Otis James on harmonica, Tony LaPaglia on bass and Joe Caprara on drums Discover The Riff Riders, it will not do you any harm, but it rather will be the other way round
