From the swampy muddy North Carolina landscapes, surrounded by alligators, moss and carnivorous plants, RC & The Moonpie Band present his new album All This to delight all those people who are willing to discover this original group So far RC & The Moonpies had mostly devoted themselves to rediscover and perform obscure songs coming from artists like Rufus Thomas or Jimmy Vaughan but, for this new album, they have decided to give more relevance to their own songs, including eight of them in the total of the twelve tracks that round up the album The group has a warm very particular sound, difficult to describe in a few words, although they could be defined as a band which performs roots music with diverse influences coming from rhythm and blues, soul and swamp blues Robert ‘ RC ‘ Christian on vocals, Robert Marlowe on guitar, Mike Logiovino on bass, T-Bone Betourney on drums and Russell Pleasants on backing vocals know well how to drive listeners to a personal universe of pleasant, gratifying ant totally suggestive feelings Some guest musicians have also participated in the album, like piano player Bruce Katz among others
