Raphael Wressnig is certainly one of the most prominent Hammond performers. Gifted with a very fancy brilliant technique, Raphael is able to perform such diverse styles like soul, blues, funk, jazz or even disco music, which makes him to be considered one of the best performers of this very special instrument. For this new recording Wressnig partners with Brazilian guitar player and singer Igor Prado who is also one of the most prominent artists of actual blues scene. Both musicians are backed by Yuri Prado on drums and percussion. The powerful groove these musicians bring along the whole cd is strongly developed along ten songs that communicate an intense rhythm, performed with almost a supernatural fervor. Raphael Wressning is on vocals in “Blues & Pants”, while Igor Prado sings in “You Bring Love”, the other songs are instrumental ones that let us appreciate the creativity and instrumental technique of these two excellent big masters of the most spectacular groove.
