Born in Cuba, Ramón Taranco is a singer and guitar player who knows how combine blues with jazz and Latin music, always in an efficient and tastefully way This is his third album that follows the path of his previous releases which received excellent reviews Taranco lived in New York for eighteen years where he was immersed into good and varied music styles also playing in many different venues and festivals In the late 80’s and early 90’s he settled in Toronto, Canada where he worked for several years with artists like Carlos Del Junco or Jon Dickie For those who are not familiar or have never listened to Ramón Taranco’s music, say his style is different, original, creative and fascinating, so I am convinced his music will pleasantly surprise anyone who is willing to approach to his proposal In short words, he is an artist with many things to communicate, not only at a musical level, but also as a lyricist, because his stories also shine with a really clever development
