Traditional blues coming from a musician called Professor Harp He is a real blues lover and his main goal in life is to perpetuate with his voice and his harmonica the most genuine blues essence The Professor Harp gives us ten good tasteful songs He is perfectly backed by some excellent skilful musicians, Marty Ballou and John Packer on bass, Tom Ferraro and Bob Margolin on guitars, Glenn Hardy and Keith Munslow on piano and keyboards, Mike Labelle and Mark Texeira on drums and Doug James on baritone sax All effectively provide the necessary support to enhance Professor Harp’s voice and both diatonic and chromatic harmonica playing The band gets a good clean bright sound, together with an intense and continuous way to easily give a great intense blues energy which, in fact, is the most important thing fans now demand to a contemporary blues band
