Bilbao Blues Festival celebrates its second edition with legendary RICK ESTRIN as one of the outstanding artists coming to the festival.

This Californian artist, who is now considered as one of the best actual harmonica players, will be distinguished with the Festival Official Recognition for his wide and successful musical career.
