From Los Angeles, California, comes Philip Sayce’s latest recording, an album that walks around styles like dark power blues, hard-blues and psychedelia, as well as telling stories about different topics like desperation but, at the same time, hope to a better world, something that invites listeners to make a change in their minds to, in this way, take in the musical proposal coming from this electrifying artist.

The album includes eleven songs, nine of them Philip’s own compositions, plus two covers “The Moon Is Full” by Albert Collins and “This Is Hip” by John Lee Hooker. Both his own songs and the two personal versions serve to deeply drive us to the music Philip Sayce develops that is always spiced with powerful guitar solos that all his fans totally worship.

Often compared to such great artists like Joe Bonamassa, Gary Clark Jr., Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Larkin Poe or Eric Gales, this album confirms the truthfulness of these comparisons and raise Philip Sayce to the same place of many of the great actual blues icons.
