These two cds are the sixth and seventh ones published by singer, songwriter and guitarist Peter Nathanson. With them culminate a long and hard road that in fact has just begun, although it already has given its fruits, because we now begin to glimpse the creativity and talent of this musician who tells us many innovative deep things, thanks to his original introspective lyrics. Peter Nathanson opens his soul through a kind of melodious blues which unify the most classical blues variants with a modern elegant vision of the genre. The first cd is totally acoustic, with Peter Nathanson himself singing and playing guitar along fourteen songs, eleven own ones, plus “Sweet Love” attributed to H. Williams, “Whiter Shade Of Pale” which became a hit at the end of the sixties by The Procol Harum and “Come On In My Kitchen” by Robert Johnson. The second cd is a compilation of his previous albums “Under The Acid Sky”, “Houdoo Guru” or “Urban Blues”. You will find a total of sixteen remastered songs, with a clear convincing sound. Two good albums where this American musician coming from Boston and now settled in Paris, France shows his artistic interpretative technique to satisfy listeners and fans of blues, folk and folksongs.
