Peter Karp’s music gets inspiration on the swamp corners of Louisiana but also on Alabama or even New Jersey landscapes. Karp is an artist who always keeps in his soul Americana roots music but, at the same time, he is an accomplished guitar player who mastery knows the secrets of slide, but he also dares to play harmonica and piano and he is also gifted with a voice that really suits with the musical styles he plays.

Karp emerged on the music scene when Mick Taylor called him to record and tour with him. That opened him the doors of American and European market. Since there on his fame has not stopped growing and he has now become a shining artist in blues and Americana roots music.
