There are artists who have a natural gift for music. This is the case of Patrik Jansson who, besides composer, arranger and producer, is also an excellent multi-instrumentalist with really special guitar skills, who also walks with reliability in such varied styles like rock, pop, metal, punk, Americana, blues, reggae, jazz or fusion. With all these ingredients, Patrik cleverly builds up a remarkable daring music that becomes a challenge for most listeners who will be more than surprised with its content.

Along the ten songs Patrik Jansson has selected for the album, you will find delicate instrumentals that remind 70’s music like “Rays Of The Sun”, but also songs inspired on Weather Report’s music like “Something’s Gotta Give”, other more pop songs like “A Wonder Of Nature”, delicious ballads like “Know Where I Belong” and of course influences from Hendrix, Black Sabbath or Deep Purple as in the song “Still Want You”, without forgetting a tribute to reggae in “Time To Make Some Changes”.

Although at first sight it may seem impossible, if you attentively listen to the album, you will realize Patrik plays all the instruments, that is to say, bass, keyboards, drums, electric guitars, acoustic guitars, slide, percussion and vocals, with the only collaboration of Jesper Larsson on harmonica, Tommy Schneller on sax and Martin Karlagard on acoustic guitar, each one in one song.
