Mudslide Charley is a band which drinks from a good variety of blues sources, from roots blues to New Orleans music, jump blues, western swing, back porch blues, Delta and even bayou blues. The song lyrics tell us about those topics that, over the years, have not lost value and always interest the audiences.

Once said that, it’s easy to imagine we are facing an album that does not provide contemporary sounds but rather the opposite, it develops a vintage sound where all people can feel identified but, at the same time and despite its timelessness, can also sound actual in accordance with today’s musical tastes.

Eleven own compositions give shape to a refreshing, casual and funny album, where the band aim is to entertain and bring a good time to listeners, thanks to their communicative attitude and a varied enjoyable repertoire.

The band includes Liza Ginnings on vocals, Phil Hamilton on harmonica, sax, guitar, percussion and vocals, Russ Parsons on keyboards and vocals, Marco Littig on slide, guitar and vocals, Paul Kelley on bass and Roger Moquin on drums, counting with the collaborations of Jeff Stickney on trumpet the backing vocals of Lee Rizzo, Christine Littig and Georgia Littig.

If you want to forget your problems and have a good time, Mudslide Charley’s blues is the best medicine to restore your energy and good mood.
