Every day new female voices appear in blues and soul fields. This is the case of Miss Lady Blues who combines both styles with taste, performing strength and passionate elegance. In 2013 Miss Lady Blues decided to devote full-time to the music she had been listening all her life. In 2017 she released her first self-produced album and, since then on, she has built up a consolidated career by doing non-stop shows and gigs all over the country. In 2021 she was awarded as ‘Best Female Blues Artist’ at the Alabama Music Awards. This second recording includes eight songs where the blues combines with the most explosive, actual and dancing soul, which gives a result a high voltage album to be enjoyed over and over again. The whole album sounds cool and really convincing, presenting eight Miss Lady Blues’ own compositions she has recorded with the support of three expert producers who really know their job and how to make each song sound really good. They are Ronald G. Suggs Jr., Stephen Richardson and Antonio “Tony T Is In The Building” Turner. As for the musicians who back the ‘diva’, you will find Dexter Allen on bass and acoustic guitar, bass players Sam Reynolds and Trevor James and Joey Robinson on drums, piano and organ.
