    Valoración: VERY GOOD

After his two previous recordings where Mick Kolassa included versions of songs coming for other composers, this time Mick decided to show us a kitkke bit more of his facet as a song writer, selecting nine own songs and three versions These twelve songs cover a wide variety of blues rhythms, sounds and styles that clearly show Kolassa is in top form, high spirits and full vocal faculties, able to catch most listeners with his powerful attractive voice, gifted with a suggestive but at the same time, extremely rocky tone The musicians who contribute to round up and give substance to this tasty blues cocktail include Mick Kolassa on vocals, David Dunavent on guitar, Leo Goff on bass, Chris Stephenson on keyboards, Lee Andrew Williams on drums and Susan Marshal and Gill Daunielle on backing vocal harmonies, as well as a handful of guests who help to enhance an already attractive and interesting album, such as Jeff Jensen, Eric Hughes, Toronzo Cannon, Marty Sammon, Mark Franklin, Kirk Smothers or Suavo Jones
