With this new album, Australian singer and guitar player Matty T Wall goes a step ahead to give us a different original experience Matty has selected eight well known blues songs, giving them a different, new and spectacular air, but he also performs most of them together with other amazing actual guitarists So, in John Lee Hooker’s Boom Boom he plays with Dave Hole, Hi Heel Sneakers, song that became popular performed by Magic Sam, he plays with Eric Wales, Quicksand, a song Albert Collins used to include in his repertoire, he is with Kid Ramos, She’s Into Something, written by C Wright, he plays with Walter Trout and finally Booker T Jones’ song Born Under A Bad Sign, he performs with Kirk Fletcher The rest of the album songs are T-Bone Walker’s Stormy Monday Blues, I’m Tore Down, which became popular performed by Freddie King and Eric Clapton and Robert Johnson’s Crossroads All these songs allow us to savor, not only the terrific technique, skills and guitar qualities of the thrilling guest musicians, but also the incredible level of this young Australian guitar master called Matty T Wall
