Ten years ago guitar player Ric Latina and singer Markey Blue began a fruitful collaboration that has lasted till now when they have also become husband and wife. During these years both musicians have deeply explored blues roots but, at the same time, they have furnished their music with a new different dimension, fed by other variations and musical styles that bring it closer to the new century, that is to say, to the most actual and daring musical times they know how to capture in their songs and communicate it in an effective really tasteful way.

This album is their fourth release and, like the previous ones, has been nominated for different awards, besides receiving excellent reviews. Also mention several of his album songs have been selected to be included in different national television shows and films.

This new release presents ten own compositions that allow listeners to realize their blues knowledge as well as Markey Blue’s amazing vocal qualities and Ric Latina’s elegant and distinctive guitar touch. Besides a really excellent musical arrangements and a magnificent production, both musicians have been surrounded by a remarkable band, with Chris West in horns and flute, Shannon Wickline on keyboards, Randy Coleman on bass and Dave Northrup on drums and percussion who, together with Markey and Ric, round out a really attractive recording.
