A marvellous album with a southern perfume and cali-mex taste with ‘americana’ roots music and a urban touch, in the path of The Texas Tornados and Los Lobos, together with drops of Flaco Jiménez style Los Fabulocos are four amazing musicians: Jesús Cuevas on vocals an accordion (The Blazers), incredible Kid Ramos on guitar (James Harman, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, The Mannish Boy), James Barrios on bass and finally Mike Molina on drums, plus the additional support of superb drummer Richard Innes (Hollywood Fats Band, The Mannish Boys, Kim Wilson…) Los Fabulocos capture the sound and spirit of borderland music as few bands can do it Thirteen songs clearly structured and defined over Spanish and Mexican music, rockabilly, blues and rhythm and blues, performed with an extreme good taste and deep knowledge of these musical genres Spanish language fans with enjoy with the songs Un Mojado Sin Licencia, Como Un Perro and México Americano A good first album we wish will not be the last one of this interesting band
