A powerful, effective professional Tex-Mex band with rock, blues, cumbia, guaracha, rumba and rancheras influences Though it may not look, the group has been active for seven years since they started in 2004, thanks to a project singer and accordion player Jesus Cuevas and drummer Mike Molina had on mind, who both had left roots rock band, The Blazers Later on, bass player James Barrios joined them and finally, in 2007, guitar player Kid Ramos came also with them The Fabulocos follow tha path and musical influences of other similar groups, bands and musicians, such as Los Lobos, Doug Sahm’s Texas Tornados, Freddy Fender, Flaco Jimenez or The Hacienda Brothers The Fabulocos give us a cool colorful charismatic atmosphere to the music they perform and, in this new cd, they give us twelve different original compositions, some of them sung in Spanish
